I ) If the organizer(s) cancel the seminar due to force majeure (force majeure – epidemic,
war, earthquake and other natural disasters, border closure for any reason,
demonstrations, fire, etc.) and/or changed circumstances that could not be objectively
influenced (clausula rebus sic stantibus – illness, injury, death of the lecturer (without
including his responsibility), plane delay and the like) – as a corrective to the principle of
pacta sunt servanda, the cancellation policy is as follows, taking into account that the
organizer is indebted to the suppliers, and the non-refundable part of the registration fee
payments are:

  1. Cancellation of the seminar before April 20, 2024: €50 / RSD 6,000
  2. Cancellation of the seminar on 04.20. ÷ 05.05.2024: €75 / RSD 9,000
  3. Cancellation of the seminar 06. ÷ 12.05.2024: €100 / RSD 12,000
  4. Cancellation of the seminar on May 13, 2024 and later: €145 / RSD 17,400

II) If the participant cancels participation in the seminar, the cancellation policy is as
follows, taking into account that the organizer is indebted to the suppliers, and the non-
refundable part of the registration fee payments are:

  1. for all participants – cancellation until May 05 th , 2024: €299 / RSD 35,880
    (because all participants who cancel receive a recording of the seminar, according to the
    conditions for viewing recordings – unlimited viewing for 10 days, without download, at a
    time that suits the viewer)
  2. for participants who attend in person – cancellation from May 06 th until May 12 th , 2024:
    €400 / RSD 48,000
  3. for participants who attend in person – cancellation on May 13 th , 2024 and later: €445 /
    RSD 53,400
  4. participants who received a discount as part of group payments will have the non-
    refundable part calculated in accordance with the assigned discount
